Lamar Odom is set to restart his basketball career in Spain.
The former NBA star has signed a two-month contract with Laboral Kutxa in Vitoria-Gasteiz, with an option to extend the deal after the season concludes.
He could make his debut for the team on Saturday.
Odom had a career-worst season for the Los Angeles Clippers in 2012-13 following a long, successful stretch with the Los Angeles Lakers and a brief stint with the Dallas Mavericks.
The athlete and wife Khloe Kardashian recently splitfollowing months of personal turmoil including allegeddrug abuse, a reported crack binge, confrontationswith paparazzi and run-ins with the law.
Laboral Kutxa currently languishes in last place in its Euroleague group.
