MORE CHARGES AGAINST FORMER MILLION DOLLAR LOTTERY WINNER

In Uxbridge, a 62 year old former lottery winner in trouble again. This time 62 year old Daniel Snay has been indicted on charges of disseminating pornography to an eight year old boy. The Worcester Telegram reports that he has been arraigned, pleaded not guilty and bail set at a thousand dollars. Prosecutors say Snay, who won ten million dollars from the lottery in 2008 has been convicted six times of indecent assault and battery in the 70s and 80s. Meantime, state lawmakers are working on a bill that would prohibit convicted sex offenders from receiving state lottery payouts.
